Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Applications  is a five-day course designed to prepare voice professionals in the integrating of  Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unified IM, Presence and video into a Collaboration deployment. It describes voice messaging deployment scenarios, Cisco Unified Presence features, and troubleshooting mechanisms as well as Cisco Unified IM and Presence and Cisco Jabber integration options with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:

  • Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks
  • Basic Knowledge of Cisco IOS Gateways
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection
  • Prior attendance of CICD and CIPTV1 is recommended
